Refund policy

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES POLICY 

**Customization Orders, Wholesale Orders, Distributor Orders, and KwikSafety Printer Partner Orders are NOT eligible for returns and are all sales final.**

We do accept changes as long as the following guidelines are met:

  • Claim for returns/exchange/refund must be filed within 30 days of receipt of order.
  • Items being returned must be verified and be in like-new condition and in original packaging.  Photo verification is required to verify the quality of the item is in like-new condition and in the original packaging.
  • Returned merchandise should also be accompanied with an invoice to show proof of purchase and act as proof of tracking.
  • Custom-printed, Wholesale Orders, Distributor Orders, and KwikSafety Printer Partner Orders items will not be accepted for return as they are all sales final.

KwikSafety warrants its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from invoice date.

Defective merchandise will be repaired, replaced, or credited after we assess the product’s defectiveness.  If after review we find that the product is defected, the customer will be sent a brand new replacement item free of charge.

Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all of its original tags. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. This return policy applies to domestic orders only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the above-mentioned products after 30 days from the date your order ships.

KwikSafety goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality.

All items are subject to review.

 

RESTOCKING FEE TABLE:

Return Request Restocking Fee
The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.

No restocking fee.  However, orders that qualify for returns and are over $500 are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% pending KwikSafety decision.

The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.


No restocking fee. The seller pays for return shipping, but can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if they purchased insurance.

 

The buyer receives a used or damaged item.

No restocking fee. The seller can file a claim with the carrier or insurance company, if they purchased insurance.



 

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

Complex, additional work or low resolution logos may be subjected to an artwork fee

Custom-printed or custom-made items will not be accepted for return as they are all sales final.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting your order.

For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.
