Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP:

48 Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories.

The United States territories we ship to are currently: American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the U.S. Minor Outlying Islands. Please note that the free shipping policy does not apply for shipping outside the 48 Contiguous United States.

For International order inquiries, pricing is FOB Charlotte, NC and international payment terms apply.

SHIPPING POLICY

At KwikSafety, all orders over $25 Ship Free within the 48 Contiguous United States.  This offer applies only for standard ground shipping to a single address.  1-2 Day and Express Shipping Options are also available as needed.  Additional charges apply for express shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.  Free shipping is not available for international delivery addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses or international orders. 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

KwikSafety’s orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days (unless a destination is far) and customization orders are typically delivered between 2- 4 weeks from time of order. Customers who are concerned about meeting deadlines should contact a Customer Happiness Rep to coordinate delivery.  Please note that shipping times may vary during the holiday seasons.

 

  

FIND A MISSING PACKAGE THAT SHOWS AS DELIVERED

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery

  1. Verify the shipping address
  2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  3. Look around the delivery location for your package
  4. See if someone else accepted the delivery
  5. Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  6. Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival
  7. If none of the above checks work, we recommend selecting a more secure shipping address to avoid future potential loss of packages

 

GENERAL RISK OF LOSS

We are not able to resolve shipping problems after delivery since it is out of our hands and the carrier has chain of custody.  Once the carrier picks up the order, they are responsible for delivering to the address. 

While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (such as but not limited to: bad weather, strike, carrier rescheduling, natural disaster, or incorrect shipping address).

If a product has been delivered but still has not been received at the delivery address, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to track down the location of the package.
