Multi-Color Safety Vests

A multi-color safety vest is a non-ANSI hi-vis vest available in black, blue, pink, and other non-standard colors. These vests are ideal for low-risk work zones, warehouse environments, or events where enhanced visibility is needed but ANSI compliance is not mandatory. They offer 360° visibility and are often used for branding, team identification, or general visibility.

To clean your hi-vis safety vest, always check the care label first. Most high-visibility vests can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the reflective tape. Air dry your vest to maintain ANSI compliance and preserve long-lasting visibility and durability. Black safety vests are considered non-ANSI compliant and are not OSHA-approved for environments where high-visibility garments are required. OSHA mandates that workers in hazardous or traffic-heavy areas wear garments that meet ANSI/ISEA 107 standards. Black vests may be used in non-regulated environments such as warehouses or indoor facilities where ANSI isn't required.
