Minimums vary depending on the customization method. For screen printing, embroidery, and hard hat decals we generally require a minimum of 6 pieces.
3. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from design approval. Rush options may be available depending on the order size and complexity.
4. Can I see a proof or mockup of my design before production begins?
Yes, we always provide a digital proof for approval before we begin production to ensure your logo and placement meet your expectations.

Yes — we take care to ensure that customization does not compromise reflective tape or safety ratings. All apparel remains ANSI/ISEA compliant after customization.
1. What’s the difference between screen printing and embroidery on hi vis apparel?
Screen printing is ideal for large, bold logos and messages and is cost-effective for bulk orders. Embroidery offers a professional, stitched finish that lasts longer on items like polos, jackets, and hoodies.
2. Can screen printing be done on reflective tape areas?
No — screen printing cannot be applied over reflective tape. Designs are positioned on safe zones of the garment to maintain ANSI compliance.
3. Is embroidery available on lightweight mesh safety vests?
Embroidery is not recommended for mesh vests, as the fabric is too thin to support stitching. It works best on heavier garments like jackets, sweatshirts, and polos.
4. How many colors can be included in a screen-printed design?
Most designs can include up to 4–6 colors, depending on the complexity of the logo. Simple, high-contrast logos tend to look best on hi vis apparel.
